Refund policy

GANGADHARA POURNENDRA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Policy Guidelines:

    - Cancellation Requests: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been processed and the service delivery has begun, the cancellation may not be possible.

    - Non-Cancellable Services: As our services include resume writing, problem solving, and assignment solving, once work has commenced on your request, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds or revisions can be considered if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

    - Error in content: If you believe the service delivered is not as expected or contains errors, please contact support@simplifiedschool.online within the same day of service delivery. We will review your concern and determine if a refund or revision is appropriate.

    - In cases where refunds are approved, please allow 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed.

This policy aims to balance our commitment to quality with the need for operational efficiency.
